We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor poly furniture and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return:

Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order & contact information, and a brief reason for the return.

2. Drop Off Your Order:

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with everything intact.

Return Shipping:

1. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

2. Shipping Method:

We recommend dropping off your order to avoid shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

1. Inspection:

Upon receipt, all returned items undergo an inspection. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

2. Processing:

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damages & Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
